Sometimes this can be difficult depending on what kind of things are going on around you, but it is so important to make sure and take a moment to focus on the good. Focus on the good things you have going on in your life. Or the good around you. The blessings you have that may not seem like a big deal to some, but to others it may be the world. Take a moment and breathe in the good around you.
