Finding that sweet spot

I have been adding a bit more strength training and cardio into my daily yoga, since I feel like it is a nice balance and they compliment each other. It is so important to find balance not only in workouts but in life. It’s important to find that balance in work/life, food, play, etc. Not only is it important for us but it also helps us be at peace. Feeling at ease makes you feel better. Yes, sometimes this is just not possible due to unknown factors that could be headed our way. But trying to get yourself back on that path makes a world of difference. And it is a “battle” that will happen throughout life, one that you learn to be really good at and then fall and rise back up again. What are you doing in order to stay balanced right now? Especially with the holidays coming up?
